Your Order

I need to make a change to the delivery address on my order?

Please email hello@blossomandhops.co.uk as soon as you can to request a change of delivery address.

My order hasn't arrived?

Firstly check that you have received your order confirmation email and order fulfilled email, this confirms that it has been dispatched. If you haven't received one or either of these emails and you don't have your order please email me. hello@blossomandhops.co.uk.

If you have received your order confirmation and fulfilled emails, your parcel should be on its way to you. Normal postage is with Royal Mail. Please check on Royal Mail Track and Trace service if you have a tracking number, If not get in touch and I will look into it for you.

What do you use to package orders?

All orders will be packaged plastic free.
We use either new, recycled or sustainable certified cardboard or we reuse packaging from our suppliers.
All orders are packaged with the smallest amount of packaging needed to keep your items safe in transit. We only use paper tape which is compostable.
We encourage customers to re-use packaging before recycling/composting.
